-If you are a customer: (i.e. you have purchased a HighRollr. France product): for a period not to exceed 5 (five) years from your initial purchase. This period is renewed each time you interact with HighRollr. France (i.e. you make another purchase).
-Management of marketing prospects: three (3) years as of the latest contact with the prospect, and

Your personal data may be transmitted and shared to various HighRollr. France departments, affiliates, and subsidiaries that we own or control, or that are under common control or ownership.
