Order
What is the status of my order?

Order Confirmation
After placing your order at HighRollr., you will receive an order confirmation email from our customer service department to verify the information you provided. We usually provide order confirmation emails within 24-48 hours.
Didn’t receive a confirmation email.
After finalizing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email stating your order number and a summary of your order details. In case you didn’t receive this email within 2 hours, please contact us to ensure order validity. (Redirect to contact us page after clicking on the link)
What are the payment options?
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. The payment options can vary from country to country. After selecting your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to the chosen payment gateway.
You will receive an order confirmation mail after the payment.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be charged depending on your delivery address and method.
Do I have to pay duties and charges?
HighRollr. ships from India. Duties and taxes may apply if you place an order from outside India. For cities within India, there are no custom charges. HighRollr. shall not be liable for duties or taxes. Please be well informed before you place an order.
How can I return my order?
You can return any order to us within 14 days of receiving it.
When returning a product, replace the unused item(s) in the original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories (tag, authentication certificate) and the delivery slip. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected.
<p>Items not returned or returned incomplete, ruined, damaged or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, will not be refunded or exchanged. As to footwear, the sole must also be intact.
How will my money be returned?
Your money will be refunded to your HighRollr. Account and you can purchase any other item with the refunded amount in future.
